Old Marsh Golf Club
The Old Marsh Golf Club Renovation consisted of building a new Golf Operations building as well as a large renovation of the existing clubhouse.
The renovation included a new larger ladies locker room, new bathroom & showers, new private dining room, new administration space, new casual dining area and a new outdoor patio. Throughout the renovated clubhouse new LED lights were installed as well as a Lutron dimming system to control them. A new automatic transfer switch and generator was installed to keep the building powered during an electrical outage. Also for emergency situations, a new fire alarm system was installed.
